Sri Krishna Janmashtami Seva Mahotsav 2026
Celebrate Krishna Janmashtami through various sevas
Gupt Vrindavan Dham is preparing for a grand Krishna Janmashtami Seva Mahotsav, bringing together devotion, service, prasadam distribution, Gau Seva, and special celebrations to mark the auspicious appearance of Lord Sri Krishna.
The celebrations will continue from Balaram Purnima to Janmashtami, with a large-scale seva initiative planned to reach around 5 lakh people during this sacred festive period. Every day, approximately 20,000 devotees are expected to receive prasadam as part of Annadaan Seva.
The Mahotsav includes several opportunities for devotees to contribute and participate in different forms of seva:
Devotees wondering what to donate on Janmashtami can choose from various seva offerings such as Annadaan Seva, Gau Seva, Bhog Seva, Maha Abhishekam Seva, and other devotional services according to their devotion and prayers.

Annadaan & Prasadam Seva – ₹51/meal – Support prasadam distribution and help serve devotees during the Janmashtami celebration. This seva includes food distribution, fruit seva, Dhaniya Panjiri distribution, and vrat prasadam arrangements.

Gau Seva – ₹81 onwards – Support the care, nourishment, and protection of cows through Cow Meal & Green Grass Seva, Complete Cow Care Seva, and Special Gau Puja.

Sadhu Seva – Support visiting sadhus with accommodation, clothing, and essential arrangements during the Janmashtami celebration.
